PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear file which can be easily folded without impairing appearance and a degree of freedom in a design of an advertisement or the like, and hardly causes whitened folded wrinkles in a folded side even when being repeatedly used; and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A resin clear file includes a folded side, an open side, and a joint side adjacent to the folded side. A notch of which a width W when the folded portion is widened is 1-5 mm is provided in a central portion of the folded side.
