PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixer comprising an element having a helical groove capable of being molded by injection molding, and achieving high productivity.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the fluid mixer comprising a housing 8 and an element 7 fitted to an inner peripheral face of the housing. On an outer peripheral face of the element, a helical groove 9 in which, a channel axial line of a second channel 3 formed inside of the element is a center axis B is formed, and the helical groove and the inner peripheral face of the housing form a helical channel connected to a first channel 1. Plural communication holes 10 are formed on a bottom face of the helical groove, and the plural communication holes serve as plural branch channels 4 connected to the second channel respectively, the branch channels branch from different positions respectively in a flow direction of the helical channel 2, and are connected to the second channel respectively on different positions in the flow direction of the second channel. Then, in the element, at least the helical groove is formed into a shape capable of being molded by injection molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
