At least one portion of a plurality of switching elements 18 that are the structural elements of a gate driver (a drive circuit) 11 are arranged in areas that are between adjacent vertical lines and that are areas wherein the distance between adjacent pixel control elements 16T is greater than the distance between other adjacent pixel control elements 16T. |
