A real estate display system, comprising a real estate physical model, display screen, illumination system for lighting the real estate physical model, and a control cabinet for controlling the display screen and the illumination system. The areas of the real estate physical model are covered by a coordinate system, and controlled by the control cabinet, the display screen displays a 3D rendering and video for each coordinate point; movable marker points are disposed on the real estate physical model, and a camera for identifying said marker points is disposed above the real estate physical model; a video output interface of the camera accesses a signal input end of an image sensing controller, and a signal output end of the image sensing controller accesses a signal input end of the control cabinet. The coordinate system is a polar coordinate system, the pole of said polar coordinate system being located in the lower left corner of the real estate physical model areas. Two upward-facing positioning lights are disposed on the real estate physical model. The real estate display system automatically identifies the position a customer wants to view, and plays the 3D rendering and video of said position. |
