A method for receiving sound waves with low power using a push message is provided. The method includes: receiving, by a wireless terminal, at least one of sound wave transmission schedule message, which comprises at least one of (i) a sound wave transmission schedule and (ii) information on an update regarding the sound wave transmission schedule, and an activation message for activating a sound wave detection module, which is provided in the wireless terminal and is configured to detect sound waves; and detecting, by the activated sound wave detection module, the sound waves in a non-audible band included in the sound waves outputted by a speaker. Accordingly, power consumption of the wireless terminal can be reduced. |
