The present invention relates to a scaffold having superelasticity and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a scaffold having superelasticity, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the following steps: producing an alloy from more than one type of metal in a predetermined ratio; melting the alloy; injecting the melted alloy into a low-temperature wheel to produce a fiber having the width of the wheel; and sintering the fiber to produce the scaffold.
