The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling the hydrogen supply in a fuel cell system. According to the present invention, the apparatus for controlling the hydrogen supply in the fuel cell system includes: a stack for vehicles; a hydrogen storage area storing purge hydrogen released from the stack for vehicles; a purge hydrogen supplying valve opening and closing the discharge of the stored purge hydrogen; an air opening and closing valve opening and closing air released from the stack for the vehicles; and a vent system releasing air or purge hydrogen to the outside depending on the control of the hydrogen supplying valve or the air opening and closing valve. |
