Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for planning a corporation welfare budget by using a result of a medical examination. The purpose of the present invention is to provide optimum welfare to employees by computing personalized support money of the employees based on a result of a medical examination of the employees in a corporation, adding up the personalized support money, providing the personalized support money as a welfare budget for the corporation, and guiding the welfare budget considering each individual of the employees in the corporation. The apparatus for planning the corporation welfare budget by using the result of the medical examination comprises: an interface unit to receive an employee list in the corporation from a corporation server and to obtain a result of a medical examination regarding an employee included in the employee list from an examination server; and a processor to compute personalized support money regarding the employee based on the obtained result of the medical examination, to add up the personalized support money, and to provide the personalized support money to the corporation server as a welfare budget. |
