Disclosed are computing technology, and specifically, the technology associated with an apparatus for generating an advertisement image using a display of multiple electronic labels which electronically display the information of products displayed in a store and a method thereof. The apparatus for generating an advertisement image using a display of multiple electronic labels according to an embodiment comprises a non-temporary memory, at least one of computer programs stored in a memory, a micro processor performing a computer program, and a communication module. The computer program according to an embodiment comprises: an advertisement image acquisition unit for acquiring an advertisement image to be displayed in an advertisement area of one group of electronic labels; a display image generation unit per electronic label for generating a partial display image which displays one group of individual electronic labels from an advertisement image; and a display image transmission unit per electronic label, which transmits a partial display image to each of individual electronic labels of a group.
