The present invention relates to an apparatus for performing vascular anastomosis. More specifically, the apparatus for performing vascular anastomosis comprises: a body in which a blood passage is formed inside, and a living tissue adhesive is coated on the outer surface thereof; oval shaped insertion units which are formed by expanding the diameter of the outer surface of the body from both end portions of the body; and a plurality of microneedles protruding from both outer sides of the body with respect to the center of the body to pass through the internal wall of a blood vessel when the body is inserted into the blood vessel. Accordingly, the apparatus for performing vascular anastomosis can facilitate installation, shorten installation time, and prevent blood from leaking.
