PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a plurality of memories for acceleration of data transfer to the memories.SOLUTION: In a memory controller, a history information holding unit holds history information that is a history of access to a first memory and a second memory in which data of the same content are recorded. A selection unit selects one of the first memory and second memory as a readout object on the basis of the held history information.
