PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of restraining a groove crack from appearing due to ultraviolet light irradiation.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire is rotated on a central axis. The pneumatic tire includes: a tread rubber having a ground contact surface; a groove which is provided in the tread rubber and which has an inner surface including a bottom surface and a side surface connecting the bottom surface and the ground contact surface; and a coating film which is arranged in such a manner as to cover at least a part of the inner surface and which reduces ultraviolet light applied to the inner surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
