PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient cleaning by using a small number of jet nozzles.SOLUTION: Upper arms 33b and 34b are rotationally moved approximately horizontally above a support frame body 20 rotated approximately horizontally, and lower arms 43 and 44 are also rotationally moved approximately horizontally. According to the present invention, at least one and preferably both of an upper support mechanism 30 and a lower support mechanism 40 are provided. From upper nozzles 31 and 32 provided on the upper arms 33b and 34b or lower nozzles 41 and 42 provided on the lower arms 43 and 44, a cleaning liquid is jetted toward an article in the support frame body. Since the support frame body 20 is rotated approximately horizontally, when the upper nozzles 31 and 32 or the lower nozzles 41 and 42 are rotationally moved approximately horizontally thereabove or therebelow, the cleaning liquid is evenly jetted toward the article accommodated in the support frame body 20 from above or from below.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
