PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization container which suppresses floating of metal and can prevent occurrence of rubber burrs; and a method for mounting a metal plate therefor.SOLUTION: In a tire vulcanization container which moves a segment in a radial direction along with sliding tapered surfaces due to lifting and lowering of a jacket ring 22, a metal plate 3 is mounted on a tapered surface 22a of the jacket ring 22 with a screw 4, the metal plate 3 has a substrate 31 made from metal, a lubricant layer 32 formed on the surface of the substrate 31, and a through hole 33 through which the screw 4 is inserted. A recessed portion 51 is provided in the periphery of an opening of a mounting hole 5 of the screw 4 formed on the tapered surface 22a of the jacket ring 22, and the substrate 31 in the periphery of the through hole 33 is deformed and enters into the recessed portion 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
