PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or the like exhibiting high to some extent with seal strength with good sealability and easy peeling property under a low temperature sealing condition and exhibiting high seal strength under a high temperature sealing condition.SOLUTION: There is provided a film containing a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin (A) which is a copolymer having 80 to 99 mol% of a constitutional unit derived from 4-methyl-1-pentene (4MP1 unit) and 1 to 20 mol% of a constitutional unit derived from α-olefin having 2 to 20 carbon atoms other than 4MP1 (AO unit) with the total of the 4MP1 unit and the AO unit of 100 mol% and a thermoplastic resin (B) which is at least one kind of polymer selected from a group consisting of an ethylenic polymer and a propylene-based polymer and other than the thermoplastic resin (A) and having the content of the thermoplastic resin (A) of 2 to 50 pts.mass and the content of the thermoplastic resin (B) of 50 to 98 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
