PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter editing technique for realizing a wide variety of parameter editing functions including a function for locking a parameter using a physical knob with a push switch without adding a lock button.SOLUTION: A parameter editing device according to the present invention comprises: a physical operator capable of detecting a value change operation and an on/off operation by a user to change a parameter value; display means capable of displaying a plurality of value operators corresponding to each of a plurality of parameters and detecting a touch operation; and assignment means which, in an unlocked state, assigns a parameter that corresponds when a touch operation on the value operator is detected to the physical operator, and which, in a locked state, does not change the assignment of the parameter to the physical operator even when a touch operation is detected. When the on state of the physical operator continues for a prescribed time or more and no value change operation is made during that time, the unlocked state and the locked state are alternately switched.
