摘要 The present invention relates to a gas flow measuring system for electric household appliances—more particularly, for cooking equipments—that is based on pressure reading at specific points in the tubing in order to provide the user with data such as gas outflow and/or consumption (instantaneous and overall), providing for a more efficient, controlled and safer use of the cooking equipment. Said system comprises: at least one pressure sensor cooperating with main tubing 2, said sensor determining the pressure in at least two points P0 and P1 of main tubing 2; at least one device cooperating with at least one pressure sensor, said device comprising means for recording and making calculations relative to the flow and/or consumption of the fluid running along main tubing 2, and means for providing the user with access to the data recorded and processed by the corresponding device.
