A weight training machine includes a frame configured to have a rectangular and sectional shape, guide rods fixedly installed in the frame in their length direction, sensors disposed along the guide rods at specific intervals, weight blocks configured to reciprocate up and down along the guide rods and disposed at locations corresponding to the sensors, a fixing bar formed on the same axis as that of grooves formed on the lower sides of the weight blocks and configured to have holes into each of which a pin having a magnetic component for turning on the sensor is inserted formed therein and to reciprocate up and down along with a corresponding weight block fixed by the pin, a cable connected to the fixing bar and connected to a handle that is able to be lifted by a user, and a weight exercise management terminal configured to include an exercise management unit.
