PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deterioration in characteristics of a transistor in a drive circuit.SOLUTION: A display device comprises a circuit 200, a transistor 101_1 and a transistor 101_2. The transistor 101_1 and the transistor 101_2 are controlled to be turned ON or turned OFF by a signal selectively input from the circuit 200 to each gate, and when the transistor 101_1 or the transistor 101_2 is turned ON or turned OFF, wiring 112 and wiring 111 establish continuity or break continuity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
