PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress, when a conductor part such as an auxiliary electrode has a multi-layer structure, breaking of the upper layer of the conductor part.SOLUTION: An organic EL element is formed on a first surface of a substrate 100. A conductor part 160 is formed on a first surface of the substrate 100, and electrically connected to the organic EL element. The conductor part 160 includes: a first conductive layer 164; a second conductive layer 166; and a third conductive layer 168. The second conductive layer 166 is formed on the first conductive layer 164. The third conductive layer 168 is configured to cover the side face of the first conductive layer 164 and the side face and upper face of the second conductive layer 166.
