PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively determine for which user a public service preferentially should be used and provide a public service.SOLUTION: A public service management method includes an acquisition step in which a computer acquires information on the degree of congestion, the information showing a ratio of the number of current users at an institution to the maximum number of users who can use a public service at the institution, a degree-of-congestion determination step in which the computer determines whether or not the degree of congestion is higher than a predetermined level, and a transmission step in which, in the case where the degree of congestion is higher than a predetermined level, the computer transmits information to users with higher utilization of a public service than other users, among a plurality of users, for urging them to stop the use of a public service being currently used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
