The present invention relates to a power quality compensation device, which is capable of stabilizing power to be supplied from a new and renewable energy generator such as a wind power generator. One aspect of the present invention can comprise: a super capacitor in which charging or discharging is carried out; a converter unit for outputting discharge power by performing the charging of the super capacitor or performing the discharging of the super capacitor; and a compensation power converter for generating compensation active power by receiving the discharge power such that the amount of active power to be supplied to a grid is within a preset threshold range, if the compensation power converter is in an active power mode for supplying the active power to the grid connected to a new and renewable energy generator.
