TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM OF WHEEL LOADER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a transmission control system of a wheel loader and a control method thereof. The present invention comprises: a vehicle control unit to which an on-signal of a brake pedal provided in a wheel loader is inputted; a transmission control unit connected to the vehicle control unit; and a transmission which is controlled by the transmission control unit. Here, the transmission may comprise: an input shaft which provides power generated by an engine provided in the wheel loader; an output shaft which receives and outputs an output supplied from the input shaft; and a second power transmission part which fluidically transmits the power supplied from the input shaft to the output shaft. The transmission control unit can control the second power transmission part of the transmission in response to the on-signal of the brake pedal and the vehicle speed of the wheel loader.
