In the present invention, a second space 71 communicating with a first space 70 via connecting passages 7c, 7d is formed on the outer circumferential side of a first spiral body 1b and a second spiral body 2b, and the winding end portion 1b1 of the first spiral body 1b and the winding end portion 2b1 of the second spiral body 2b respectively form suction ports 40a, 40b for drawing a gas refrigerant from the second space 71 into a compression chamber. In addition, aperture ends 7c1, 7d1 on the second space 71 side of the connecting passages 7c, 7d are arranged at a position at which, with the central axis C1 of the rotary shaft part 6 as the center, the angle θ1 from the suction ports 40a, 40b is greater than 0° but no greater than 180° in the spiral elongation direction of the first spiral body 1b and the second spiral body 2b.
