The present invention provides a method and system for identifying a user in an identifier network. The method comprises: collecting correspondence information of a user identifier in an identifier network and a packet identifier in a user packet, and acquiring user identity information from a correlation system according to the user identifier; integrating the correspondence information and the user identity information into a record, and storing the record; and receiving a request of querying a user identity by using a captured user packet, and according to the record, returning the user identity information corresponding to the request to a sender of the request. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art of difficulty in rapidly identifying a user of a packet after the packet is captured in a network, so that the user of the packet can be conveniently positioned in real time, and the speed of positioning the user of the packet in the network is greatly improved. |
