The present invention relates to a composition for predicting the carcass weight of a cow, and a kit and a prediction method using the same. More specifically, the prediction method comprises a step of measuring the level of expression of genes that are relevant to the carcass weight of a cow, such as integrin-linked kinase (ILK), fatty acid desaturase 2 (FADS2), and acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 6 (ACSL6). Using the composition for predicting the carcass weight of a cow, and the kit and prediction method using the same of the present invention, it is possible to make an early stage prediction and determination of the carcass weight of a cow.
