According to embodiments, an organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a first gate electrode, a first interlayer insulating film, a first drain electrode, a first source electrode, a flattening film, and a first electrode. The substrate includes a pixel area and a transparent area corresponding to each pixel. The first gate electrode is placed in the pixel area of the substrate. The first interlayer insulating film covers the first gate electrode, and is extended from the pixel area to the transparent area. The first drain electrode and the first source electrode are placed higher than the first interlayer insulating film, and forms a first thin film transistor with the first gate electrode. The flattening film covers the first drain electrode and the first source electrode, and exposes the supper surface of the first interlayer insulating film in the transparent area. The first electrode is placed on the flattening film. |
