The present invention relates to a composition for detecting bovine subcutaneous fat tissues and to a detection method using the same and, more specifically, to a composition, a kit, and a method for detecting bovine subcutaneous fat tissues. The composition comprises a formulation which can measure the expressions of at least one gene selected from the group containing VIM, HBB, FASN, ANXA2, HBA, LUM, Tublin alpha-1B chain, TUBA1A, ACTB, PLIN4, EHD2, ANXA5, DES, OGN, ACTA1, FABP4, ANXA5, COL6A2, TUBB5, LAMB2, HSPB1, LGALS1, ANXA1, TKT, G6PD, SRBD1, ALDOA, SERPINH1, COL1A2, LDHB, KRT7, HSPA1B, A2M, CDH13, ENO1, YWHAG, AOC3, and ATP5A1, which are bovine genes. The composition of the present invention can detect proteins which specifically express in bovine subcutaneous fat tissues, thereby rapidly and accurately selecting high quality bovines having a high thickness of backfat. |
