A noise reducing system of construction equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a noise sensor which senses the operation load of a noise-induced composition; a dock which receives a signal from the noise sensor; a terminal which receives the operation load data of the noise-induced composition from the dock and calculates the antiphase frequency of noise generated from the noise-induced composition; and a speaker which generates a control signal sound corresponding to the antiphase frequency. The noise reducing system of construction equipment according to the present invention is able to: measure noise by using the microphone of a terminal; reduce noise without excessive costs as an extra equipment composition is not necessary to be added except the dock provided for the inside of the cabin of heavy equipment for construction just like a system for calculating an antiphase frequency is not necessary to be arranged in each of construction equipment; and be easily maintained by calculating and upgrading an algorithm for an active noise control by utilizing the calculation function of a CPU embedded in the terminal.
