The present invention relates to a capsule coupling apparatus of a capsule filling machine, which fills a capsule with raw materials such as powder, etc. More specifically, the capsule coupling apparatus: couples an upper capsule to a lower capsule which composes one capsule to prevent the raw materials therein from being scattered by lifting the capsule in two steps; reduces weight variation due to loss of the raw materials; and reduces defect rates. The capsule coupling apparatus comprises: a cam wheel (102) which has a circular cam (10), and provided with a moving guide groove (14) including a first step section (S1) and a second step section (S2) formed on one side surface of the cam to be rotated by a driving shaft (12); a cam bracket unit (104) which is provided with a roller (20) to be rotated by being coupled to the moving guide groove (14) of the cam wheel (102), and installed to be vertically movable; a lifting unit (106) which is connected and fixed to the cam bracket unit (104), and moves up and down by including a lifting shaft (32), which is installed to move up and down according to the rotation of the cam wheel (102) so as to couple the upper capsule to the lower capsule; a support frame (108) which supports the lifting unit (106) to be coupled thereto and to move up and down; and a joint unit (110) which is connected and fixed to an upper portion of the lifting unit (106), and provided with a capsule coupling pin (86) for coupling the upper capsule to the lower capsule by pushing the lower capsule while moving up and down. |
