PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device that can supply a lubricant onto an image carrier in a constant and stable manner without causing insufficiency of the lubricant to be supplied to the image carrier due to an environmental change, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A lubricant supply device includes: a lubricant supply roller 16a that is in slide contact with an image carrier 11; a solid lubricant 16b that is in slide contact with the lubricant supply roller 16a; detection means 41 that is installed at a position separated from the image carrier 11 and detects a temperature and humidity corresponding to the temperature and humidity outside an image forming apparatus body; and variable means 45 that makes variable the amount of the lubricant to be supplied from the lubricant supply roller 16a onto the image carrier 11. The variable means 45 is controlled to make variable the amount of the lubricant to be supplied onto the image carrier 11 on the basis of a temperature and humidity detected by the detection means 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
