PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to, even when the area of a display area in which a video is displayed is reduced, recognize a video which has become an attention video again as a video with a high degree of attention.SOLUTION: A television conference device includes: a camera for acquiring video information; a microphone for acquiring voice information; a communication part for transmitting video information with voice information added thereto to the other television conference device, and for receiving the video information with the voice information added thereto displayed in each of a plurality of display areas included in display information displayed at a display part from the other television conference device; a change part for changing the layout of the plurality of display areas included in the display information; a sound volume information acquisition part for acquiring sound volume information indicating a sound volume from the voice information; and a display control part for displaying the sound volume information of the voice information added to the video information displayed in the display area whose area is not more than a first threshold and the video information displayed in each of the plurality of display areas included in the display information at the display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
