PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of widely diffusing generated fine mist together with moist air into a room without inhibiting generation of fine mist.SOLUTION: A humidifier (100) includes a discharge electrode (42) of an atomizer (40) and a shield part (50). The discharge electrode is disposed in a passage of air containing vaporized liquid on the outside of a vaporization filter (11) in a body (1) of the humidifier (100), including a front end part. The shield part serves as a prevention mechanism for preventing non-generation of mist due to droplets scattered from the vaporization filter (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
