PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine cooling control device capable of achieving the reduction of power consumption while improving a cooling effect.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine cooling control device comprises: en electric pump 40 circulating a cooling medium in a cooling medium flow passage 60 formed in an internal combustion engine 10; and a radiator 50 and a radiator fan 53 which cool the cooling medium, and is configured so that the radiator fan and the electric pump are driven to cool the internal combustion engine when the internal combustion engine is stopped after being completed with warm-up, and when the temperature of the cooling medium falls to be lower than a temperature when the engine is stopped, the radiator fan is stopped in a state where the electric pump is actuated. By continuously driving the electric pump when the internal combustion engine is stopped after being completed with the warm-up, it is possible to suppress a reduction in the temperature detection accuracy of a water temperature sensor and suppress a delay in the detection response of the water temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
