Disclosed are a voltage adjustment circuit for a common electrode and a display apparatus, which are capable of improving a sensitivity and a precision in an adjustment of a voltage of the common electrode. The voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode includes a first fixed resistor, a second fixed resistor and a first adjustable resistor and the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode further includes an adjustment module, which is connected to an output terminal of the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode and an adjustable terminal of the first adjustable resistor, and is configured to cooperate with the first adjustable resistor to adjust a resistance of the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode in order to adjust the output voltage of the common electrode.

A voltage adjustment circuit for a common electrode, comprising a first fixed resistor, a second fixed resistor and a first adjustable resistor, wherein a first terminal of the first fixed resistor is connected to a first input terminal of the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode, a first terminal of the second fixed resistor is connected to a second input terminal of the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode, a first terminal of the first adjustable resistor is connected to a second terminal of the first fixed resistor, and a second terminal of the first adjustable resistor is connected to a second terminal of the second fixed resistor, wherein the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode further comprises:
an adjustment module, which is connected to an output terminal of the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode and an adjustable terminal of the first adjustable resistor, and is configured to cooperate with the first adjustable resistor to adjust a resistance of the voltage adjustment circuit for the common electrode in order to adjust an output voltage of the common electrode.
