Provided are a wire harness and a wire harness constraining member whereby untwisted portions of a plurality of electric wires can be readily brought into close contact. A plurality of wires configuring a wire harness are confined using a constraining member 30 having a flexible sheet portion 31, and, provided on this sheet portion 31, a protruding engagement portion 32 and a recessed engagement portion 33. The constraining member 30 has a rectangular shape for the sheet portion 31, is provided with a protruding engagement portion 32 along one of the long edges of the sheet portion 31, and is provided with a recessed engagement portion 33 along the other long edge. By bending the sheet portion 31 and inserting the protruding engagement portion 32 into the recessed engagement portion 33, the constraining member 30 can hold a state in which the sheet portion 31 is bent. The constraining member 30 is provided with an eave-shaped restraining portion at an internal edge of the opening portion of the recessed engagement portion 33, said restraining portion restraining the disengagement of the protruding engagement portion 32 that has been inserted into the recessed engagement portion 33. |
