PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device capable of adjusting a bleeding amount, and minimizing biting to a valve seat, of a valve element even when the valve element is moved in a direction to close a valve hole, and a refrigeration cycle system including the same.SOLUTION: In a throttle device, a guide tube 18 has a spring receiving portion on an end portion near one end of a tube body, and has a stopper member 22, and a needle member 20 between the spring receiving portion and the stopper member 22 on an end portion near the other end of the tube body, and a distal tip portion of a tapered portion 20P of the needle member 20 extended toward the stopper member 22 has a large-diameter portion 20PS having a diameter φD2 larger than a diameter near a columnar portion and slightly smaller than a diameter φD1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
