PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of suppressing the influence of irregularities of a secondary current flowing on a secondary side of an ignition coil and varying depending on a combustion cycle in the discrimination of a cylinder of an internal combustion engine using the secondary current, and improving determination accuracy for a compressed cylinder by the ignition secondary current.SOLUTION: In a fuel cut state where the supply of fuel to an internal combustion engine is stopped, all cylinders are ignited a plurality of times in a cranking state where a starter motor applies torque to a crankshaft from outside of the internal combustion engine, and a compressed cylinder is determined from a change in discharge time calculated from a secondary current flowing on a secondary side of an ignition coil of each cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
