PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database device, a data management method, and a program with which it is possible to improve a search speed without creating an index.SOLUTION: A database device 100 includes a data management unit 10 for managing data values using a value list in which data values are registered and a value number list in which the numbers of value lists are registered, and a processing execution unit 20 which, when a data value is designated, compares a number in its value list and the value number list, extracts a rank of registration in the value number list of this number, and executes a search process pertaining to the designated data value on the basis of ranks of registration. When the number of times registration is made in the value number list per data value is added to the value list, the processing execution unit 20 specifies the number of times the designated data value is registered, and stops comparison of the number and the value number list at a time when as many ranks of registration as the number of times registration is made has been extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
