PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress action such as manual operation by a user.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: recognition means which recognizes an image of an object person; input means to which sound is input; first determination means which determines an utterance state on the basis of a state of a mouth of the object person by the recognition means and an expression on the basis of a state of a face of the object person by the recognition means; second determination means which determines that an unclear item is generated in the case where there is no utterance state of the object person and the object person has a brooding expression on the basis of the determination result of the first determination means; specification means which specifies the unclear item on the basis of sound input to the input means when it is determined that the unclear item is generated by the second determination means; and output means which outputs information describing the unclear item specified by the specification means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
