PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine which can be expected to increase neutralizing antibody value sufficiently and can obtain broad cross immunity.SOLUTION: The invention provides a vaccine used so that twice vaccinating of the inactivated vaccine of the same strain is carried out to a human, wherein the interval of the twice vaccination is set to 60 days or more to 180 days or less. The inactivated vaccine is e.g., H5 N1 influenza vaccine derived from Egypt strain. The twice vaccination is an intramuscular vaccination or a subcutaneous vaccination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
