PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person who has trouble with one of his/her hands or feet to operate a handle and brake with only one non-disabled hand and to pedal with only one foot for the purpose of rehabilitation.SOLUTION: A steering handle which horizontally rotates is provided on the armrest on one side of the seat of a wheelchair. A V-shaped break operation tool with a grip lever stands upright on the end of the handle. A fitting tool is provided on the end of the support rod of the operation tool to fit the end of the lever to the support rod when the grip is closed.
