PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent fogging of a sight glass for internal observation caused by a contact with a gas generated, by efficient use of an inert gas without a waste.SOLUTION: An antifogging device 7 of a sight glass for internal observation of the present invention includes: mechanical gas block means 9 including a housing 25 that is disposed on a route connecting an agitation device 3 and a sight glass 5 for internal observation and that has a space 23 formed therein to observe the inside or to be used as a flow passage of an inert gas N, and opening and closing means 27 that is disposed in the space 23 to open and close the space 23; and a fluidic gas block means 11 including a gas inlet passage 29 to introduce the inert gas N into the space 23 so as to use a flow of the inert gas N introduced from the gas inlet passage 29 to prevent a gas G generating in the agitation process device 3 from being in contact with the sight glass 5 for internal observation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
