PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture method and a cell culture facility which are capable of creating atmosphere of clean gas from which chemical substances are removed, and culturing cells under the atmosphere at high proliferation rate.SOLUTION: A cell culture method comprises: a clean gas creating process of allowing outside air G1 to pass through a chemical filter 3 and an HEPA filter 2 at least once in this order to create clean gas G7; a clean gas introducing process of introducing clean gas G7 created in the clean gas creating process into a cell manipulation part 11 and a cell culture part 12 which are arranged inside a cell manipulation chamber 10; and a cell culturing process of culturing a cell inside the cell manipulation chamber 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
