1. A method of identifying top candidates for an employer, comprising:
identifying, by a first computing device, essential criteria and optimal criteria for a job opportunity; identifying, by a data extraction service running on a second computing device, a set of candidates who satisfy the essential criteria and generating a first dataset; ranking, by the data extraction service, candidates within the first dataset based on optimal criteria; transmitting, by the second computing device to the first computing device, a list of the top M candidates from the ranking step, where M is an integer; displaying, by the first computing device, the top M candidates. |
