The memory bears instructions executable by the processor to determine at least one of whether the first device is facilitating a telephonic communication with a second device at least in part using a speaker phone feature, and that plural individuals are within a proximity to the first device during the telephonic communication. The instructions are also executable to transmit to the second device data pertaining to at least one of the use of the speaker phone feature and the existence of plural individuals.

a processor; a Bluetooth communication element in communication with the processor; and storage accessible to the processor and bearing instructions executable by the processor to: determine that plural individuals are within a proximity to the first device; and transmit, to a second device with which the first device is facilitating a telephonic communication, data at least comprising information pertaining to the existence of plural individuals within the proximity; wherein the data further comprises information pertaining to the use of the Bluetooth communication element to at least in part facilitate the telephonic communication.
