The invention relates to a metal part containing lead, iron, cadmium, copper, zinc and tin, and optionally titanium, wherein the tin is in the form of an outer coating. The invention also relates to an electrode for carrying or receiving an electrical current, comprising at least one metal part of the aforementioned type. The invention further relates to a system for controlling electrical discharges, comprising at least one electrode for carrying or receiving an electrical current, of the aforementioned type, wherein said system can be an earth system, a lightning conductor system, a neutral wire drain and/or a combination thereof. In addition, the invention relates to a method for producing a metal part coated in tin. |
