The present invention relates to an LED light-emitting device using a metal-organic coordination polymer light-emitting compound and, more specifically, to an LED light-emitting device comprising: a compound represented by chemical formula 1; and at least one excitation source selected from a UV LED and a blue LED. The present invention comprises a red light-emitting material, which is excited in a UV region between 250 nm and 400 nm and a blue region of 450 nm and has an emission spectrum from 600-630 nm to 700 nm and a half-width of at most 10 nm, and thus allows high color reproduction and high color rendering to be realized by the UV/blue LED(s) and is particularly effective as a material for a premium display.
