PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel means for selectively forming, in a fine uneven structure, a portion different in liquid-repelling property in a simple and convenient way; and a structure produced by such novel forming means.SOLUTION: A structure is provided, which comprises an activation energy curable resin composition and a liquid-repelling component, and which has a fine structure including concave and convex portions. The content of the liquid-repelling component in the vicinity of the surface of the convex portion is larger than that in the vicinity of the surface of the concave portion. In this case, in e.g. a method for unevenly distributing the liquid-repelling component so as to concentrate in the surface of the structure or at a substrate face by the steps of forming a fine uneven structure by use of a composition for a fine structure, the structure including the liquid-repelling component and the activation energy curable resin, and then baking the fine structure in an oven, the structure is arranged to have a difference in liquid-repelling state by variation in thickness of the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
