PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which can improve the detection accuracy of a sensor device even if pitches of a pair of magnetism detection elements constituting a detection part of the sensor device are decided to prescribed sizes.SOLUTION: When widths of an S-pole and an N-pole arranged at first and second detected faces 21, 22 are set as magnetic pole widths W, a pitch between a pair of hall elements 5, 5 is set as a sensor pitch P, and an amplitude Aof differential magnetic flux density when the magnetic pole widths Ware made equal to the sensor pitch Pis set as a reference width A, a magnitude of the magnetic pole width Wis set within a range in which the amplitude Abecomes larger than the reference amplitude A, (A>A) when the magnetic pole width Wis increased from a magnitude which is equal to the sensor pitch Pwhile holding the sensor pitch Pat a constant magnitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
